This trip was the Edinburgh Transport Group’s opportunity to say farewell to the Leyland Olympian from the Edinburgh Bus Tours fleet. Only a handful remain in service on The Majestic Tour, which is to be converted to low floor Dennis Trident operation later in the year. Lothian Buses kindly allowed us to hire 245 (E305 MSG) from their Edinburgh Tours fleet for our July outing. Here she is, now painted allover white, possibly for taking part in events during the forthcoming Edinburgh Festival. Thanks to Edinburgh Bus Tours for the hire of this bus.
